I trained in the Psychology of Behaviour Change with the London Coaching Academy. Mental Fitness is the key to success, sometimes our minds come up with excuses and reasons that prevent us achieving the results we really want.
We might self sabotage, eating more in stressful times, paying gym membership or starting another diet without the consistency to produce results. I get people back on track when life is challenging or busy.

My skills and training are always current, recently completing a new Strength & Control course with Pilates UK and commencing the next level of Counselling Training with the BACP. I also support clients wanting to improve self esteem, confidence and find more positive ways of living.
Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I am committed to my own training plans for fitness, strength and mental fitness.
