I have worked in Personal and Group Fitness Training, Motivational Coaching and Weight Loss for 18 years, advising and supporting men and women in Hampshire and West Sussex.
I also work with clients who want and need to manage and reduce daily stress and anxiety. Creating step by step fitness and lifestyle goals, we work together to find the right answers for you for positive change.
Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I enjoy hill walking and am committed to my ongoing training plans for fitness, strength and flexibility both inside and outside the gym.
