I have worked in Personal and Group Fitness Training, Motivational Coaching and Weight Loss for 18 years, advising and supporting men and women across Hampshire and West Sussex.
I also work and support clients wanting to improve self esteem, confidence and find more positive ways of living. I work with people in 1-1 coaching sessions outside of PT workout sessions.
My skills and training are always current, now 2020 and I am taking a new Strength & Control course with Pilates Union UK and further Counselling Training with the BACP
Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I am committed to my own training plans for fitness, strength and mental fitness.
