I have worked in 1-1 and Group Fitness Training, Motivational Coaching and Weight Loss for 18 years, advising and supporting men and women across Hampshire and West Sussex.
I also work and support clients wanting to improve self esteem, confidence and find more positive ways of living.
My skills and training are always current, I have recently completed a new Strength & Control course with Pilates Union UK and have commenced on the next level of Counselling Training with the BACP
Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I am committed to my own training plans for fitness, strength and mental fitness.
