Damage Limitation: If you overdo it food and drink wise, you need to get into damage limitation quick. Immediately get straight back on track with a really light, scrummy and healthy eating day plus some activity you enjoy. Do this and you can then relax about it .
If your walking anywhere - make it brisk. It will require more energy (think calories) release more endophines which help produce a more positive attitude and of course will add to your fitness levels every time.
Dont do it! Never go shopping when you are hungry.You may well be overcome with temptation (remember that?) and then of course - regret it. Its about keeping blood sugar levels stable and being organised thats all...just ask me how.
