About Barbra

My Experience

I have worked in Personal and Group Fitness Training, Motivational Coaching and Weight Loss for 17 years, advising and supporting men and women throughout Hampshire and West Sussex.

I also work with clients who want to reduce stress, anxiety, improve confidence and want to make the changes for a more positive future.

Having worked at one of the UKs top health and fitness clubs I later set up my own Personal Training studio.

Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I enjoy hill walking and am committed to my own ongoing training plans of strength, core and flexibility and to my nutrition, fitness and health both inside and outside the gym.
