I have worked in Personal Training, Weight Loss and Motivational Coaching for 16 years, getting people fitter, healthier and into great shape throughout Hampshire and West Sussex. Having worked at one of the UKs top health and fitness clubs, I later set up my own Personal Training studio.
I work in a holistic style which means I address with you all the areas of your lifestyle that are affecting you and have possibly been holding you back from moving forwards and experiencing the changes you want see and feel.
You will receive everything you need to achieve your personal goals and to feel better and more confident about maintaining these positive changes for the long term.
Leading a very active lifestyle, I have run many marathons, long distance running and walking events. I enjoy hill walking and my own strength, core and flexibility training. I am committed to my nutrition, fitness and health both inside and outside the gym.
